Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 3 business days but during busier times or for items made to order, it may take up to 12 business days before your order is shipped out. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include national holidays or weekends.
Shipping Times
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed. These shipping times vary based on the method chosen at checkout and the specific carrier.
Address Errors
Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. If the package is returned to us because of an error, the customer is responsible for the cost in order to reship.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
When your package arrives at UPS or USPS, we are no longer responsible for it. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the shipping provider for the most accurate help.
