Refund policy

All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Please email us at hello@theloandco.com if you've received the wrong product/size within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and name so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

Orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address will be recharged the shipping fee.
